Please read these terms and conditions before making your booking.

Whale guarantee

In the unlikely event of not seeing a whale on a cruise, the customer is welcome to rebook another whale watching cruise free of Charge.

Please note this is subject to availability onboard other cruises so don’t delay, book your cruise before time runs out.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the cruise is booked there will be no refund given for cancellation.
• The cruise can be either rebooked on another date or;
• A voucher to the same value will be issued to be used on any Fantasea Palm Beach Ferry cruise or service.
• Cruise bookings can be rescheduled prior to 24 hours of commencement of the service.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of service commencement will result in a $20 service charge and is subject to cruise availability.
• Not boarding a booked cruise will result in 100% loss of booking and payment

Cancellation of cruise

• If for any reason such as bad weather a cruise is cancelled Fantasea Cruises Palm Beach will offer to rebook those tickets on another cruise to the same value, or will provide a full refund or vouchers to be used on any Fantasea Palm Beach Ferry Service.
• No Alcohol is permitted onboard at any time during whale watching cruises.
